This is my second challenge i will tell you what is the challenge later in this blog, firstly lets talk about my first challenge . The challenge was to run 5km daily for 30 days with no offs . The conditions are you have run daily , once you have started your run you cant stop before finishing 5km, you have to do this for 30 days back to back
Sounds easy right … yeah its. But let me tell you one thing running 5 km is not difficult at all ,running it daily leaving all excuses behind , keeping all future risks in mind , Yes it is difficult. I learned this habit from my brother who has taken the same challenge i got inspired from him and took the same challenge the experience was wonderful . It taught me many things .Things which you will only learn once you will experience it
This Time i am taking a push up challenge . Doing 50 Push Ups daily + 30 Sit ups + 30 Crunches + 30 sec Plank for next 30 days back to back
Game is on !!! So its time to go home and do the challenge #30daychallenge #day2
