The Healthy Routine

Hello everyone

 

Today is Saturday 22-Oct-2016

I am at work and have some free time to write this

When i started my job i noticed one thing that there were almost none who is not obese

Everyone follows the same routine 8 to 5 job Sunday to Thursday weekend rest and start again . I have read couple of articles on entrepreneurship and creating your own world .

Some famous books as well -The Four Hour Work week and  Vagabonding. All these books will teach you to do something different think something different . So i will not tell you the same things because there are  already so many James bond who will guide you on this

I will tell you that being the same what you are, doing the same what you do , you can still become more productive, by just doing normal workouts. People say they are living Rich lifestyle and what they mean by that is going to pubs and buying expensive drinks ..

For me rich lifestyle is a mix of Fun and creating strong immune body . You will be amazed what humans can do . people can run 100 km, people can bike 1000 km, people can swim 10 km and there are some people who can not even walk 1 km . I ain’t  blaming anyone .

I just wanted you to start doing at least give some of your time to your health which will help you  maintain a rich lifestyle

I even follow the same schedule 8 to 5 Sunday to Thursday but i found a way

I ride i do Bike to work 🙂
