The Harsh Truth – Fitness Redefined

Hi , How are you doing ?

I was noticing that my blog has got couple of likes and people have started reading it , So i though to write more and as i am in my recovery phase from my recent foot injury so i have plenty of time to write . Google the word fitness you will get thousands of blogs and websites where people teach how to get fit, which is good , but i was thinking these fitness freaks and coaches were not there 20 or 30 years back , people were more fit an energetic then , yeah i know you must be blaming pollution advancement in technology for it, which is all true to an extend , But here is a thing i will tell you to do which nobody else will tell .

Start doing your own work with minimum help . wash your clothes , prepare your food , clean your room . The more you do these things on a regular basis i can guarantee you that you will be much more energetic . All these daily activities require movement all the body parts and that’s helps you to become more flexible and healthy .
